How it works
Here at Heritage our goal is to prevent insects from ever entering your home. To acquire this we provide quarterly (60 to 90 days) perimeter treatments. The reason we choose perimeter treatments instead of in-home is to avoid bringing the chemicals inside. The chemicals used, like most chemicals, should be handled with caution. For this reason we advise our homeowners to keep children and pets away from the treated areas until they are dry; which normally takes about and hour.
Unlike our other services, our Coaches will automatically call you ahead of time to learn of any problem areas you are having. Knowing these areas will help better protect your home. If for some reason anything has already entered your home we will also provide in-home spot treatments along with your perimeter treatment to rid of the pests.
When to start
The time to start a treatment depends on what type of issues you are having. Different insects come at different times. Ants are common in the spring, spiders in the summer, and mites in the winter. Because of this, Heritage provides pest control treatments every month of the year to accommodate when different homeowners quarterly appointments should be scheduled.
