Lawn Gateway 2015

Last year, Heritage worked extremely hard on improving our 24/7 online account access and communication. Ever since we launched our After Service Emails and Lawn Gateway website we’ve been pleasantly surprised with how much positive feedback has been received. Here is a quick guide on how you can take full advantage of these features.

Lawn Gateway Features

  • The ability to pay your bill or check your balance.
  • The ability to refer a friend

    • Each friend you refer earns you $20!

  • It has a list of FAQ.

  • Allows you to sign up for new services or request an estimate.

  • Shows you services you are signed up for and what has been completed on your lawn.

  • Provides an easy way to contact Heritage by email.

  • Ability to sign up for auto pay.

  • Quick maintenance tips

    • ie. saving water or caring for seed.

After Service Emails

When you activate your Lawn Gateway, it provides Heritage with your email. From there, you will receive After Service Emails along with the Heritage Monthly Newsletter. Since beginning the After Service Emails, many homeowners have commented on how much they love the convenience. These emails are a lot like the paperwork we are required to leave on your door but include clickable links.

What After Service Emails Include

  • Notes and recommendations from your Lawn Coach’s visit earlier that day.

  • Ability to email questions to Heritage that will be answered by a phone call from your Lawn Coach.

  • Link to Lawn Gateway for

    • bill pay

    • referring a friend

Monthly Newsletters

Another advantage of keeping your email up-to-date is you have the option to receive monthly emails from Heritage which include:

  • Our favorite blog posts from the past month
  • Beneficial offers (example: $10 off your Lawn Mower Winterization)
  • Updates on events that you may, or may not, know are going on.
