We promise to:

- Practice IPM for control of weeds, insects and diseases
- Promote Long-Term solutions
What is Biological Fertilizer? Biological Fertilizer is defined as fertilizer that is beneficial to the micro-organisms in the soil. It contains no chlorine, has an internal carbohydrate source, and a total salt content of less than 200# per acre at application rate. A properly mineralized, healthy soil will promote strong plants and reduce weed, insect and disease pressure.
IPM is Integrated Pest Management. According to North Dakota State University's Plant Pathology department, "IPM is a sustainable approach to managing pests by combining biological, cultural, physical, and chemical tools in a way that minimizes economic, health and environmental risk." Sometimes that means just pull the weed. We will use all of the tools and techniques at our disposal to safely and effectively control pests.
Promote Long-Term Solutions. This means look beyond the traditional lawn care company philosophy of "See the weed, Spray the weed, and Repeat". Why is that weed there in the first place? We address the physical, cultural and biological issues that lead to the symptoms of pest pressures for long term, sustainable results.
